Champion levels supported on Uthgard ?

I looked up in the FAQ and on this forum but I didn't find an answer to my questio: since we're playing Darkness Rising with private horses etc., are the Champion levels also supported on Uthgard ? I didn't see any topic with this subject on this forum.
