i was farming in raumarik since i'm low on cash leveling up a sc'r. and i suicided on a wretch of winter so i could sell and log. i was encumbered so i tried casting thors impotence str/con spell. and got a must wait 82 seconds to cast.
edited to add: i released to my house when the bug showed up. here is screen shot http://entertainment.webshots.com/photo ... ertainment i'll suicide on something and release back to my house and see if i get it again. will post that in this thread. i ran back to raumarik and suicide on same wretch of winter and released to my house again. this time i could cast right away.
so i may head out there encumbered and suicide and try releasing to my house again and see if that makes a difference. this has happened to my shaman atleast 3 or 4 times that I can recall. I don't see any pattern. Just a bug.

i went back out to raumarik and died again encumbered with bronze bars when i released to house i could cast fine before talking to healer and after. had you hit any RAs, used any items or drank any potions before trying to cast?

I've had this same problem too.
For me it seems to be when I zone into somewhere... it'll take me somewhere like 80 seconds to attack or cast a spell. I half thought it was a system designed to prevent exploiting zone in/out mechanics, but it leaves you entirely defenseless At one point I ran down into Muire Tomb to fight a mummy and my character just stood there with his sword out staring at it for a good long while. |

no didn't hit any potions,charges or realm abilities after i released to my house. just tried the str/con buff only as i was encumbered at the time.

i have a similar bug on my skald. about 1 in 20 /rel's he can't enter his speed song for 90 seconds, it keeps spamming you've recently been in combat. it started around the same time uthgard got 1.101 client support. im still running 1.95, though. try patching up to the most recent client version.

I had a bug waiting for ip and purge for more than 15 minutes

i just tested the theory, patched to 1.101. now i get combat flagged for 90 seconds after every /rel xD

Some weeks ago i had bug waiting 10 mins for skald speed^^ and 1 min for celerity.
