It seems to be bugged. Daocpedia states that it should have a proc. And in fact on Uthgard it has a instant lifetap and it spams that thing while chasing other people, that means when it cant melee.

Anyone has a patchnote according to it?

But there is a second problem. When you send it to targets on range it spams that spell like 3 to 5 times in a row. If it is in melee it spams it once a while, is that livelike ?

Actually yes thats livelike... but.... it should have a little delay between taps not a big one though

How long should the delay be? maybe 5 times in 4 seconds or something like that.

Actually about 1 seconds if i remember right if pet was not in melee.

It's 100% a Bug that this Pet spams his LL in a insane speed and rate... I wondered all the time I got ganked by a Cabalist Pet in Low-Lv BGs.

I thought it's a major bug and can't be fixed caused of Pet-(re)work on Uthgard.

Well on lvl 50 my pet spamms it 2-4 times when charging target, or more if its chasing and not in melee range yet.
When its meleeing it procs every few (5-10) sec.
I dont find that op since its the only cabby pet doing anything remotely useful.

Btw: noticed that it has a 45% chance to fail its lifetap vs a lvl 50 target?
A lvl 50 target having 45% ressist chance vs a lvl 44 sim, now thats a bug.

Maybe the game considers the simulacrum procs lvl=sim summon lvl?
As in saph sim lvl 12--->lvl 12 lifetap proc--->45% chance to ressist (lvl 12 spell, so cap chance).

Chance to ressist (proc spell lvl) should scale with sim lvl not the lvl at which you gain that summon sim spell.

How does the resist formula work anyway ? I noticed there's a 45% chance then the next step is 100%, there's nothing in between.

Well ive noticed that 45% is the cap for a lvl 50 target.
And some high lvl mobs were giving me 100% to ressist on pet procs, like evern, worm...

The problem it has the same behaviour if it hasnt melee range, that means if you run away from it.

Ppl have confirmed it should have a different proc rate in/out of melee, and it has.

Besides the max ressist rate, I dont see the problem.
