RvR Zone XP Bonus Not Working

Seems I've been getting a 4% rather than 40% bonus... there's a ton of camps that are missing in the frontiers as well, but I presume they just haven't been added yet
Not putting this in as a complaint, just a heads up as I hadn't seen this issue posted anywhere; you guys have done a great job with this server. I'm thinking loads of people would go outside their frontier gates exping with that bonus functioning right, and a few more of the popular camps put in place. |

I was exping in the frontier yesterday and the bonus xp was working fine,
are you sure that you were in the correct zone? For example the first zone outside of the Frontier Keep's are only a 5% bonus. I two-shot Zerkers

That solves the problem, thanks. Didn't realize the first zone doesn't get the bonus.
