yes i was wondering if this has happened to anyone else i get lvl 25 then i log on later and my game freezes and wont load the toon this has happened to me twice now....

lol i tired loggin into my brothers 40 sham and nope same thing as my 25s gets frozen right after i hit play

must be your client, try updating your client again

remember to patch classic and other mods again after your update.

should fix any corrupt files that you might have.

It happened the same for me yesterday.
My char (Voomi) reached lvl 25, I /quitted in Camelot and now I can't log him. It freezes when I press "Play" when I have to choose characters.

My account is vomi888 by the way.

Edit: and by the way I've already patched/checked files, still nothing changes. I've also tried to log into the game using my friend's laptopt and it still freezes.

Run Through when patching by using the Camelot.exe in the Camelot Folder where you installed the game. The do what was told before and re patch the game with Old Frontiers and others. See if they works, don't just use the quick updater.

I did it but nothing changed. I even re-downloaded the whole game but I still get the freeze.

yea same here i even went through the trouble of completely uninstalling and deleting all daoc folders and reinstalled and not a damn thing

Yeah, althought I'd be happy to see gms at least trying to help us
This is a bug that affect only this server, since I can play with over lvl 25 characters in other servers.

and by the way, I tried to download the game on another computer where it doesn't freeze and copied it to mine: well it still freezes :S

weird. i would advise you to ask for help via /callgm ingame with a toon you can log. only a dev should be able to help you there. thats blue, baldrug, nayru. good luck.

Yeah, thanks. I've done my /appeal in the game, I hope gms will see this thread and find out what's the problem.

Did you already try the english EU client without any Uthgard patches?

Yes, I've re-downloaded the game two times and still nothing changes. I did the same on a friend's computer and well he can log characters over lvl 25 while I can't.

It might be related with the fact I installed the Daoc 14 days Trial before and patched it to 1.95 DR Eu, but I unistalled it and deleted every single file I found related to Daoc, even in the registry (My Doc/EA and the folder in Appdata).
