HELP: Registration Problems and cannot contact an admin.

I've been trying to set up an account with DAOC Portal but whenever I try to get the activation e-mail sent, it says:
"General Error Could not find email template file [ ./language/en/en/email/user_resend_inactive.txt ] Please notify the board administrator or webmaster: noreply@dolserver.net" I realize this isn't the DAOC Portal forum but I am posting here because I am unable to post on the proper forum because I am unable to register. Also, the e-mail they indicated I should contact didn't work and it rejected all attempts at contacting their administrators. It told me that I could only contact their administrators through the forum. I need help posting this error on their forum so the administrators know there is a problem sending the registration reply e-mail and that new users are unable to sign up.[/b] |
