Hey guys, I am getting spike lags once a minute. Everything will stand in the same place then 5 seconds later everyone is at wherever they went for those 5 seconds.

This is real annoying in bgs and in rvr when I am trying to snare a person (I am a Warrior) cause suddenly everything freezes and he is long gone when I return.

I sit on Skype with a friend often while we play and my internet works fine cause the connection with him is stable and there is no spike there. He also does not experience the lag in-game.

Can anyone help me?

EDIT: This is not graphical lag, it is network lag. As in, I can still move my character around, he just won't start attacking or performing any other actions.
