Can't Update Patch Utility

Keep getting this error 308 on 2 PC's. I just downloaded Labyrinth and haven't been able to get it to update.

normal error and often comes up while updating just restart the patcher and it should start where it stopped (may happen a lot for US players downloading the EU version) |

read around on some other forums to eliminate possible Windows 7/Vista issue. 1 pc has windows 7, the other has Vista. I've tried to run the program as admin for both PC's, still getting: Cannot Connect to Update Utility (error 308). Any advice is appreciated.

according to this you need to set the admin rights correct |
