What is the best way to deal with another player who is persistently abusive or who continuously harasses you, and how do you go about contacting an in-game moderator to mediate the issue?

and Screenshot the conversation

if it is not conversation but acts /callgm and if you can fraps what he is doing

Best is to collect screenshots of the whole conversation.
