doesn't break, neither through disease, nor root.
i.e. if you disease/root for example a det-tank who got realm speed up, he can speed4 to you right after he gets out of the root.

that can't be livelike.

It is true that realmspeed doesnt break upon a resisted spell or sn/amnesie, but it does break as soon as you actually get a negative effect that either damages you or stopps your movement.
might be th case that it diesnt break upon disease, but that shouldnt be the case with root.

any spell done to you should remove speed, either if its realm or self
