I just finished downloading the DAOC client from Mythic. It patched itself to version 1.100 the first time I ran it. Now Uthgard boots me whenever I try to play because my version is unsupported.

How do I downgrade to us 1.95 or 1.99 or whatever its supposed to be?

The link appears somewhat outdated. The european DAOC site isn't offering such a file for download.

Works for me.

Go your camelot directory, find the file called update.dat
edit it for it to be called update.txt or just open it with usual text editor and insert these lines carefully:

Mythic Patch
patch.camelot-europe.com:1280/updates/english/labyrinth/mpatch.dat
patch.camelot-europe.com:1280/updates/english/labyrinth/mpatch.dat


Dont forget to remove the last space that automatically inserts upon copying, thats important.

And run camelot.exe after youve renamed the file back to .dat

then, run the dolloader/daocportal, select uthgard and have fun playing.
