ok, i just combed through all the topics containing informations about reprocs and know even less then before. question: reactive dot proc on shield. when does it fire and against whom? so far i found this: 1) reactive procs on shields dont fire at all. 2) reactive procs on shields fire when schildsytles are used. 3) reactive procs on shields fire upon blocking in rvr. 4) reactive procs on shields fire when using shieldstyles in rvr. 5) reactive procs on shields DONT fire when useing shieldstyles in rvr. 6) reactive procs on shields DONT fire upon blocking in pve. 7) reactive procs on shields fire when using shieldstyles in pve. 8) reactive procs on armor fire in pve. 9) reactive procs on armor DONT fire in pve. 10) reactive procs on weapons fire upon parry an attack. 11) active procs on shield fire upon blocking in pve 12) active procs on armor fire in rvr/pve when hit this is all very contradicting plus even the maxed out alchemist cant or wont tell me if you can remove a player crafter proc from armor or weapons. because of that i would really like what is what with re/proc, since its hard enough to find crafters to redo the pieces, aside from the money that replacements for wrongly applied procs consume. |
