Connection problem!

Hello!
When I want to connect i receive a mesage like: "your account has no acces to any games", however, creating another account and logging works! Have no ideea about the cause! Hope is not a ban!  |

That is the error message you get when you try to connect with a banned account.

Banned! Not even playing to often and i did nothing against the server rules, from what i know!
Can you tell me the reason, please? Didn't see my account or char names in the list- didn't have the patience to list all! Thank you! |
