can't log a pg

Hi,
my first pg (darthmanfro , eld levle 25) is (were) inside spraggon den, when i try to log it, the game client doesnìt work, from the selection of the pg i click on play and the client stop there, it doesn't crash, but i cannot go back, if i log other pg they works fine, only with darthmanfro I can't play.

May the staff do something?
