Anyone could explain this slam damage to me? Physical defense 5 and yes, it was my main 102 af rf armorpiece without sitting!  |

shields are based on dex which scout has pretty beefed up but 200 on PD really is a lot

The FIRST class who ever was able to make some dmg at our little OP lurikeen ranger and the first thing u make is a QQ thread about nerf etc?

Maybe you should stop saying "LOL STOP QQ" everytime someone asks something or reports a bug ^^

I think that 215 damage on a Slam is ok, because:
- Shields are usually slow weapons, so they do more damage on one swing, but swing slow - Shields damage is dex and scouts usually have tons of dex - Rangers RF Armor is 10% weak to the crush damage shields do So my personal opinion on this: All fine, nothing to see, please move on  |

Plus Slam is high fatigue cost and has a delve of like .78 or what ever uthgard has it set too. So it may do decent damage, but its going to eat up your fatigue faster.

I got often slams for 2xx damage but from large shields, not small. And even high realmrank Warriors only make 180-240 with twohand hammers. |

So, for all who meet Rangers with high PD 1vs1, get an Enduregg-pot, and then slam ure target 6-8 times ^^

are you sure it was slam and not maybe brutalize? (level 50 style)

true...the damage is kinda high.
i often faced ronia and also used slam on her..but never came over 160 damage. but this might be because i am highlander and lack 30 dex compared to sarazene. can 30 dex cause a difference of 55 damage? additional the shield joici is using is a small shield which is not that slow. |

Im quite sure it was my 50shield+xx time, so at least more than 60 shield.
Also i used base dex pot + d/q charge, so if u didnt do it too, it was more than 100 dex difference.... Dont qq about block rate or a melee scouts melee dmg  i was on 50shield, 42thrust, 15 lb so calm down and realize that only class that should get nerfd hard, is pd 5 melee ranger hf |

Well with pd5 im sure was 200(-100) damage, and yes its bassed on dex. Maybe full buffed scout with 50 in shields and high rr can do that, but buffed by suporters and not by pots.

Looks more like PD is ignored.
With no PD the damage seems ok. Maybe there's a bug with the shield's damage type. Uthgard till 2003!
