My account is not banned...(at least I don't see any reason why it would be, and tried it on different/new account also with the same result). No connection problems, reinstalled everything I could reinstall. Works fine sometimes, then a few hours later can't even log in after 200+ tries.

I've had the same problem yesterday but that could be because I'm trying to connect at my college. It gets near the end then does this: V 1.99 Loading Service Not Availible Hit ESC to exit game what am I sposed to do?
