Can anybody tell me how to make a guildhouse?
I bought a cottage deed. A porch deed and a guildtransfore scroll? But i couldnt figure out how to do it. When i try to buy a lot -> "You already have a house". Greetz Nes Inactive

build up the house and dump the guildscroll to it should do it ? And focoz, if your char already ahs a house you should use another char to do this..

It seems like you must be a guildleader & have no own house in order to setup a guildhouse. So i made twink leader and build a house.
New problem: - How do i remove the hookpoint-items = Teleporter, Vaultkeeper, Bindstone .. ? I need to remove it all before i can use the guild-transfer-scroll. Greetz Nes Inactive

Target them and press "g" - the command for pick up items 
Like loot laying on the floor  Uthgard till 2003!

You should be able to use /housepickup to get all items at once. Prerequisite: be outside the house
