Dumped from Server, Acct logged in and not logging out

I was dumbed from the server do to packet loss (I think). I am trying to reconnect and it says I am still logged in. Anyone able to help?

It has been about 10 minutes, no one knows my account info so there couldn't possibly be someone playing it.

Any help?
