Did they implement the lv35 reactives for example in a later patch then 1.80? can't really remember if they were in from start. Nor have I any idea why they aren't availble on uthgard, just seems a bit odd if you ask me
Also why isn't there ~3 charges on end4 pot? I look on a site with info on all spells, and you get 3charges from 1 special drop.. anyway, no more to ask right now ;P |

its all 1.80+ changes
 wont happen
use bottles and barrels if u want more charges on pots |
