I have few question about archer class:
1- What is the chance you have to be uncovered when you try a bow shot from stealth mode? (with 50 composite stealth) 2- Is is normal than crit shot mode doesn't stop after 1 shot, but only when the arrow hit the target? |

Here is all i could find about that, on this site. Stealth Spec / Char level = Chance to not be unstealthed on bow draw. Also reading, he says that drawing a critshot adds a 20% penalty to that. Sorry but i cant find anything about the critshot toggle. But how it has been changed to, is totaly new to me. More of a nerf. For example, one strat for a archer to crit a caster is to normal shot them from stealth, and right away before the arrow hits the caster, they draw a critshot, in hopes when they lose there BT, they will stop and look, which then they get hit with the critshot. But this current nerf, really screws with that. Since your draw the normal from stealth and fire, you have to wait for the arrow to hit your target, before toggling a critshot, or else it will cancel the crit toggle when the arrow its. This makes an archers shot time higher, and more frustrating. Also another strat is to rapid fire after the crit shot. For example. draw a normal shot from stealth, fire, draw a crit and then ready rapid fire toggle, arrow hits, caster stops and faces, critshot is ready and release, ready rapidfire since its alrdy toggled, and so on. Currently that isnt possible now also (nerfed). If you try and ready a rapid, when drawing a critshot, it cancels the crit or cancels the rapid. Firing a bow is a complex process for those who know what they are doing, and making it more frustrating, just makes it harder and nerfs a archers strats. I hope the current changes to the critshot toggle is reset back to how you guys had it, it was working perfect. |
