Getting service not available error message

Been trying to log in to the game several times and I keep on getting "service not available" error message.
Saw on the homepage of Uthgard that server is online and has 510 players at the moment...is it because there is a limit of the number of players? |

Sometimes the Server is down, but the website is relaying old information about it being online. You can check the time given with the online status on the website. If that is current, then the problem ist something else.
If you are a new palyer and want to connect for the first time, it might be, that the server adress you use in your Settings is not correct. |
