I also have the feeling that resist rates are not properly working. However tests have been made so I rather distrust my feeling than the 1000+ hits that have been done by .. Rector I think? The thing is even though we agree on the spell resist thing, I believe we need accurate tests to convince Blue and ourselves Anyways, we are lossing track of the bugged PA damage now
