i cant log in with facebook . is there still an issue with login server ?
Password reset dont work , dont get a email .

A few reminders:

1. Make sure to login with the same email/openID as you did when you first registered or your characters wont be found
2. If you see no play button, make sure you are logged in, and the account has accepted the rules (if this is not your first login, you logged in using the wrong email/openID)
3. At the top of the page look for "Welcome back, <information> <character information> - if you do not see this and you previously played on uthgard, you logged into the wrong openID/email.

I still cannot login with facebook - I cleared my browser history, visited www2.uthgard, pressed manage account, entered facebook, changed the password and it is still asking me to verify my account. What else can I do?

I deleted the uthgard app on facebook, and tried to logg in again (confirmed to use uthgard app) still the same issue.

I am also failing since last night to login with OpenID/Facebook. It asks for my email, which after I enter, it then bring up a dialogue saying

Verify [email address]

Previously you signed in with Facebook

But just now, you signed in with Facebook

So we need to verify with Facebook you are the same person

It then asks me to enter my email address (which I enter my Facebook email address for), but then return the error 'Error: Invalid Confirmation' so I cannot log in :/

Does changing your facebook password or adding a contact email address help?

Just changed my Facebook password, no luck. As part of that is showed my that I had added Uthgard as of today. It seems to think I am only just using Facebook OpenID to login as of today, but the whole confirmation process obviously seems to think I was logging in with Facebook before as you can see from my previous post.

One final thing I noticed, when it says I used to log in with Facebook, it shows no profile picture, then when it says I am now trying to login with Facebook, it shows my actual profile picture. Again, it's like my previous logins are being treated as a different Facebook/OpenID account. My email address has never changed though, and had no problems last night.

So I see that this problem still isn't fixed - think I'll have to do RL this weekend ;/ Hope I'll be able to disconnect facebook from my account when I'm finally able to login. It showed me, that this OpenID stuff is nothing I want to use ever again ;D

Now solved for me. I had to reset my Facebook password, and then use the reset password for the game when you get the error, but really this is just entering your new password, not a password reset.

What do you mean by locked? Write me a PM with more details and email address used to login.

I have the same Facebook issue.

I tried everything listed in this thread, still no luck and won't work

Just to let you know... changing my password on facebook (though I don't know why that would help at all) did not work, still can't login. "INVALID_CONFIRMATION." etc...

i have done all the steps and coannot log in (using facebook) says invalid confirmation still any tips?

The sign in page doesn't show the login for the OpenID account. Play button is gone. How am I suppose to play?

Edit: Used IE instead of Firefox, then it shows... Devs should know enough!

Usually I consider myself being a patient person - but I'd really like to know, will there be a fix for these login problems or will I have to quit playing?
