I dont understand the word..CAP for blocking .. i just provved that if a paladin atacks you u have 40% chance to block..if an arms atacks you ..u get 30% chance to block,, if he s bufed with str buff..the block is even lower..in therms of what you can say that you capped block>?:))))0 . Here on uthg indeed WS and class is not afecting your block ..unfortunatelly ..but still you want block caped in what conditions?
