it is getting much much worse. I feel like i did back the early 90's when we had cable company A, which was FREEKIN AWESOMEEEEE unbelievable speeds and unreal ping times, then........ adelphia bought them and "upgraded" our service.

And by upgrade, they meant route their entire network through one CO in Texas, i lived in DC :\ 300+ms everywhere 5-8k downloads 1-2k uploads during peak hours, and not much better during off hours, except maybe at 4am. They had the ****** balls to send us a letter telling us they were UPGRADING our service because of the problems we were having (none).

Actualy i have the same issue, allso from Estonia.

Connection is as stable as they come, everything else works nice, no issues.
But big lag spikes in game.
Not downloading anything, no viruses etc etc.

I get these after me and latte got a new connection.
Now obviously ur response is its the connections fault, but as i stated before, it works fine on everything else. Its even more stable then my old connection in the old apartment.

new connection could mean new direction on your routing ..

do a trace rout and I bet you find that you head through Telia xD
