DAoC not starting

So ive played beta and now i have a new SSD ...
I instaled everything and when im hitting the play button nothing is happening ....
Any ideeas ?!

There's a delay between hitting Play! and when the patcher responds with all the traffic atm- should start given a few minutes

the response can be more then 10 min?
Because is look that is charge just for few sec and after nothing happens..

ok i got it ....
when you hit the play button for the first time you need to select uthgard.exe launcher not the camelot.exe ...

Did it but nothing happens...
Just confirm that I have to choose full classic mode and that's it.
I'm trying to disinstall and reinstall everything again.

When the list of options comes up after opening launcher for the first time, you should be locating 'camelot.exe' in EA's DAoC directory, though if you what you did works that's fine~

~If it's the first time you're running launcher, then a window will open with launcher options instead
After setting those, start launcher again




At worst should be 5 minutes or so
::open task manager, go to Processes tab, kill all instances of 'uthgard32.exe' or similar to that
::let page fully load before hitting Play!

I have had the same issue but i have had this issue since i first downloaded the client and launcher before today. I reinstalled everything just now and still nothing. I click the "Play" button and it asks "Do you want to allow this App to make changes to your device?" i click yes and then nothing happens. I dont know if i failed to put the launcher somewhere i should have but nothing is happening. Its not a delay issue.

Did a window ever come up with options about Splash,Models, directory, etc?

chrome got me farther. i got the Launcher Preferences box for the directory. do i need to do something with the change box or just click save?

I clicked save. now when i click play on my chrome browser i get the "please select your daoc game directory!' like so many others.

Directory

/ProgramFiles or /ProgramFiles(x86)/ElectronicArts/DAoC/camelot.exe or similar- wherever you installed the game

Other options are up to you--- save/close, and then run Play! from site again,
and this time patcher should start [albiet delay up to 5 minutes]
