Well my last problem was solved by just putting the game on a different computer. Now there's a new one.

I was playing just fine until I needed to go to TNN. I get to the loading screen for it, the progress bar fills annnnd.... game crashes, closing itself with no errors or anything. :| I'm just not meant to play this game am I?

I had the same issue with my last computer. The PC had onboard-graphics (intel extreme2 64MB RAM), which didnt support T&L and something other.

To get on the point: Maybe your graphics suck?! Try it out with another graphics-card, from a friend or so.

TNN is a graphic whore

it seriusly takes up a good card before you can load it

same goes for other capitals actually

i remember on older computers going to camelot/TNN/jord meant insta LD

Yeah I'm having video card issues. The original card I tried using was an ATI Rage 128. That wouldn't even PLAY the game, although I think it might be broken or something because I used to be able to play with that card years ago. Then I moved the game to a newer computer which has only an onboard 64mb card. Game played but, as you see, TNN killed it. So now I've moved the game AGAIN to my laptop and it seems to be playing much better. The graphics look great but...I have no mouse for this laptop....It's just a comedy of errors.

I have the very same problem with my onboard card.

Alas I have no secondary computer to put the game unto. Does anyone know of a feature I could activate/deactivate to solve that problem? Mine also extends to Darkness Falls (where my mage is currently stuck)

Only thing, though I dont want to call it a feature, is not visiting your capital until you have another pc/graphics adapter.

Thats how I did it.
