I am a shadowblade, what skill do i need to get, or what do i need to do tobe able to wield dual weapons? and which weapons can i dual wield, i already have the counter strike attack and cant use it yet

Midgard Dual Wield Skill is called Left Axe.
If you want to be totaly sure it works you should skill axe and left axe and use axe weapons, it should work with swords, but might be buggy i hear.
It works a little different than Alb and Hib Dual Wield and Celtic Dual Skills.
Left Axe hits every swing with both weapons, but not for full damage, DW and CD hits for full damage, but only between 5% and 60% (depends on level and skill) of the time.

So, as said Gerbald, the ability in midgard for 2 weapons is called left axe.

How it works, both weapon will see their dps divided by 2, but you swing both weapon at same time (that's mean, the 2 weapon hit each round).

You can have a sword/axe in main hand and an axe (with usable in left hand flag) in off hand.

Last point, left axe grow the damage output for the whole weapon skill, that's mean that have an effect on your primary weapon groth rate too.
