I don't know if PowerPool: +5pts means the % of powerpool or effective mana points, I asked and they say me it is %. But i don't see a %difference, only the pts.

On live the bonus was +power points, later they changed in +%of power points in the way to increase the effective bonus.
If this patch is older than 1.8 it will be implemented, if don't it won't. Anyway remind that powerpool% should affect the base power pool, and not the total power pool (with acuty power bonus, ecc...) |
