crash to desktop often on login and when zoning

Often times I can log in ok, but other times I instantly crash to desktop. I also crash to desktop every time I attempt to zone. I downloaded and used the MTU utility already...don't know what else to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.

dunno if it helpes, i had the same some time ago and i found my antivirus to be the guilty one, i had bullguard at that time and as soon as i kicked it and got NOD32 all probs where gone..

just to tell you what happened to me; dunno if it can help you

i use AVG, disabled it and tried again, but I still crash

I got a similar problem months ago, It was an UI issue.
