Hey i need help so badly ,
i played freeshards like a month ago or so and reinstalled windows and lost
the Launcher.exe so i went onto the website got the DAoC Freeshards Launcher Version 2.12 but when i clicked on the Launcher.exe (Version 2.12)
it didn't let me download can any1 help me with the problem or give me the file please so i can play again thank you , you can reply here or better yet send me a email @ deadlytomato@msn.com as i might forget to check this , thanks alot .

since version 1.75 you need the dolloader...

@White: I don't think that's his problem...I think he wants the program to install DAoC again.

@daxxx: You might find this post in the Support forum helpful. Since you are writing in English you can also go directly to http://daoc.goa.com/en/. Freeshard Launcher 2.12 only is used to connect to the game after you have installed your client (version < 1.74). If you are patching the current version is at least 1.75 - so that's where White's link comes in...

all the update.dat's you might need for Downloading, Installing or even Updating

offcourse you need to start with those in the main dir (camelot.exe and update.dat) and then overwrite it time by time by one out of the other folders,

NOTE -> These files are all for Europe-English

for the launcher www.daoc-launcher.tk
only works on a lower version then 1.74 as T-Man said, Due the updates.

So for 1.74 or 1.75 you can use dolloader ( -> http://dolserver.sourceforge.net/filead ... der177.zip )

as i guess your gonna ask this, in connect.bat comes this (open it with a texteditor and enter this but replace Youraccountname and Yourpassword!!!)
