There is no way I can stay log'd in for anything more than 5 minutes. I constantly get booted to desktop.

I have tried both the Darkness Rising and Labyrinth clients
I have tried the newest video card drivers
I have tried rolling back my video card drivers
I have tried setting all my setting to the most basics of graphics
I have tried many different zones, etc etc.

Does anyone have any idea why I constantly keep getting booted to desktop?

Same here, not every 5 minutes though but maybe once every hour or two hours. Been happening since I updated to 1.89. Doesn't bother me enough to actually do something about it (or try to) but I can understand if it happens every 5 minutes. :-/

Unless you are not experiencing any serious issues that would also show in your error.log the most probably cause for this behaviour is that you are not receiving server data (or vice versa). Please check for any antivirus or firewall programm which could be blocking traffic (or ports) between you and the server. Additionally, try to set your router's MTU to the highest value possible.

If you'd happen to run in window mode, try fullscreen, that stopped my crashing.
