This is what DAoC the Hearld states about MoS....
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mastery of Stealth MoS Passive Modifies stealth detection and stealth movement. Camouflage counters the Mastery of Stealth bonus, allowing an archer to only be seen at the normal range. Doesn't affect detect hidden classes when they are detecting other detect hidden classes. (Meaning it has no affect on assassins detecting assassins.) 5%/75 10%/175 15%/300 20%/450 25%/625
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Main Qestion is, will this RA Alow a -Archer Class- See Assasins Easyer?

Or just alow you to be hidding in Stealth better and move faster? :p

1. If you are an assassin it increases your visible range on non assassin stealthers, but doesnt work vs assassins.
2. If you are a non assassin , it increases your visible range on all other stealthers.

3. It increases stealth movement speed for all stealth classes.

4. No it doesnt improve your ability to remain hidden.

Mastery of Stealth (MoS) - Passive
Modifies stealth detection ...

Think this should be clear: With MoS there is a higher detection range in the following cases:
    a) stealther looking for archer (no Camouflage)
    b) archer looking for stealther
    c) archer looking for archer (no Camouflage)
Camouflage counters the Mastery of Stealth bonus, allowing an archer to only be seen at the normal range

According to this statement, stealthers will see archers better - unless they have Camouflage.

Doesn't affect detect hidden classes when they are detecting other detect hidden classes. (Meaning it has no affect on assassins detecting assassins.)

Finally, we have no effect on stealther vs. stealther detection range.

PS: Hm, it seems that someone else was quicker than me in answering these questions...
Happy hunting!

remember assassins get a free + 1 mos skill default.( though its not called MOS)

so if you have mos3 they only need mos2 to match yours.
