cannot connect cause of something went wrong

Hello I know I searched the forum but really didn't get an answere as "try again".

Here the issue:

I hit the "play" button then a bigger update/download (at the first time) then:
Something went wrong during patching. Sorry :( We encountered this error.
The Data "zones/Nifs/cyclops_statue.dds" couldn't be found.

next time when I try it is another Data for example "cowhidde.dds"

etc.
I am connected not by WiFi
I installed the launcher again
I made a reboot
I gave uthgard the permission at the antivirus

someone same Problem or better does someone have a solution?

Did you follow our how-to connect? Do you have a dedicated installation for only Uthgard?

I didn't change anything it was working for weeks..
only Uthgard installation...

completely new installation, then it works again...
