patcher encountered an unhandled exception

I've tried several things and cant get into game. Everytime it is trying to patch it will get to about 50mb left then throw up the error failed to download file "figures/fig3/fig010.mpk. One or more errors occured. An exception occured during a webclient request.

Ive deleted and reinstalled daoc and uthgard. Nothing seems to be working.

did you try to start the patcher with admin access?

I am now having exactly the same error. Yes it is running in admin mode. I did a complete uninstall/ reinstall. Is there a way i can just download this file?
