Outlook OpenID and Uthgard

Every time I log in to Uthgard using my Outlook OpenID, there is suspicious activity registered on my Outlook account, from an IP in the U.S. (I am not in the U.S.)
What's going on here? Please explain how this works in detail, since I am the only one who is supposed to be able to log in to my account. |

Where do you see that? The login uses standard Oauth apis via googles app servers.

On the Outlook security page. That IP resolves to a Google server, so I guess that's the explanation, I was just surprised that it looks like someone else is logging in to my account:
