The Quest "Heart of Albion" is broken. At some point you have to go to Marlin Thuler, he should be at West Downs but he is not. He should stay in the barn and also selling instruments, but he is not. Where is this old crack?

PS: The starting NPC for the quest Trevian's Best Friend is also missing, is the quest not implemented?

Trevian's Quest is not available as it was introduced patch 1.71.

Can confirm Heart of Albion is working, completed it last night

Can someone pls confirm the starting lvl for this quest? Lady Nimue was not giving this quest to my lvl 15 reaver although the min lvl is listed as 15. I was at Lady Nimue in Campa Forest.

trying to do second step in this quest . I am talking to chimes in barn loft.
he says what do you seek or want . I have say shard of freedom and just freedom but
he does not respond with who i have to kill.

Check your quest journal, it should instruct you to use an item.

Of course i read and used the quest Item I got from summer.
then he asked me a question but reading that quest item is
not enough to get him to tell you to go kill contrel
He is looking for an answer and I do not want to hear from you

I would not ever have this quest but the lady of the lake would not give me the level 40 sorc epic till i took this quest.

and it appears you can not delete quests

As I remeber, Lady Nimue is quest giver, but this quest is an additional one and has nothing to do with your epic / future lvl 40 quest.

And yes: a few quests cannot be deleted. Dunno why
