new install won't load

hey,
reinstalled gameand now it won't load. all i get is this screen shot. edit: windows 7 64 bit

Looks like you have not installed the .NET-Framework, https://www2.uthgard.net/howto#4

that seemed to do the trick. thanx Romu
 can get to the select toon screen. will advise if there is anymore problems. |

okay got to the char screen, changed the options and hit start. no go. app crash.

ok round 73,
optioned to atlanyis skin and it loaded. bob's ui 1.93 didn't work this time. need a new custom. will play for a bit and see if anything else comes up. |
