V165 injection fails and can't login

So i've used a fresh install from dark age.
when it starts it's just a black screen, that says V165 injection failed
then takes about 5 minutes and i just get hit <esc> to exit

can't log on or seem to get to the realm selection

i've redownloaded and patches twice
i have no clue how to solve this

Did you whitelist uthgard.exe and uth.dll in your antivirus software?
