House Rent Email

Today i got an email to remind me to pay the rent for my house within 1 week.
So far so nice to get reminded of that. But when i logged in 10min after receiving that email, i got a pop up msg that told me, that if i dont pay within 1h, my house is lost. I even checked if i maybe got this mail 1 week ago already and just didnt see - but no. received it today 10min before i logged in. So it seems there is something wrong with that mail system? |

Does someone have access to withdraw from your CM or is it a guild house with multiple people with access?
Emails that are sent reflect the days remaining and do not reflect the number of hours. That being said, you should be getting a notice 14 or 7 days out. |

A few ppl have acces to my house but Im the only one with acces to the merchant or rent box.

What house number? If Blue has time perhaps he can check the logs. I checked the code and everything seems in order.

I checked your house. Your rent was just paid before you logged in and the house was safe for another week. There is probably a bug in the notification if your lockbox is completely empty. The notification does also not consider any consignment money as this can change over time by withdrawing from it. Have to check it. Update: Found the bug. Fix is submitted. It's done when it's done. Thanks for your patience.
