Launcher forgets loading

Hi, i often have the problem that i start the launcher, then the name and then the little patching window appears, then it goes on loading and then nothing..no game-loadscreen appears, it just stops. When i reboot the pc it helps, even if i just switched it on.
Is this a known problem, is there a workaround ? |

have to add, when i try to restart the launcher then, it says the launcher is already running and i cannot start it again, thats the reason i have to reboot.
If only i could switch off via task manager the process, but i dont find it there, can someone tell me how to end it, and what for i exactly have to search ? |

uth.dll *32 is the process you're looking to kill in Task Manager.

Yep had this happen quite a few times, annoying when you try to start it again and get the popup about running 2 clients! just end the uth.dll task like genedril said and you are done! |

put these lines in a new text file you'll name UthKillOrWhatever.bat :
double click, login again, have fun |
