WinMTR is a program used to capture ping and traceroutes (the path your connection takes to get to the server).

You can find it at http://winmtr.net/download-winmtr/

Open/run the exe and WinMTR is a standalone program. In the "Host" box put server.uthgard.net and click Start
When Sent on the first entry under Hostname gets to 1,000, click Stop, then Export TEXT/Export HTML and that will output the file Genjiro is talking about.

Personally when I had issues connecting to or staying connected to Uth my connection always died out at the hetzner hop.

I have recently started having problems staying connected to Uthgard and after running WinMTR I can see my connection is crapping out after the hetzner hop as well. Any advice on what you did to fix this issue?
