Do you have enough SPIRIT focus on your staff, it's the focus that allows you to regain more mana.
Also you should reclaim the first pet that you obtain, which has a CON buff that gives it more reclaim value.

i have 3+0 in spirit... and i use amber for refresh ...

Not +skill in the spec.

Cabalist have 3 lines.
You also have 3 focus lines.

The focus on your staff reduces the cost of spells of that line.
So you should have a staff with focus of your main dps line and focus of spirit.

Get one crafted by someone and have a spellcrafter put some focus gem on it.

Its cheap but it takes a little bit of time and effort.

You can also buy cabalists staff in DF they usually have focus.

You can also switch staff for when you dps and when you use the reclaim.

Vendors have some staffs with spirit focus.
