It's been a few days now and it's bugging me because I usually use visuals to see if spells stick. When I use my skald mezz (Paralyzing Shout - lvl 42) I get no visual effect if it sticks and I have no combat log message (target can't move or whatever it's supposed to show.) If it's resisted, I get a combat log message but still no visuals.

I tried toggling effects off and then on again, but still no dice. This is the only character that is having this issue for me. I tried messaging a few other skalds and their seem to be working.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix it? It was working a week or so ago.
