Camelot Startup Failed.

Could not write to debug.log.

Has anyone seen this and know how to fix it? Issue 1575 was cancelled by reporter and I can't figure out a solution. I have tried restarting, clearing cache, relogging into my account, using different browser to launch program. I have been in the queue 6 times since 9 EST and same error no matter what I do. Tried to run launcher as admin, can't get anything to work.

I went to relog to another character earlier today and the game crashed. Over the next 5 hours I deleted and reinstalled DAOC, Uthgard launcher, .NET framework and C++ (x86 version). None of this has helped as I am still getting the same error message as the person posted above me.

Does anyone know a fix for this problem??

Try to delete "\Documents\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot" and then start the client.

Edit:
If you didn't change the path of your "Documents" folder the full path should be "C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot"

To resolve this, please delete your log files. You can find them in your My Documents folder under the Electronic Arts/Dark Age of Camelot subdirectory. Be sure to remove the following files:

animnode.log debug.log critical.log ui.log world.log

Once the files are deleted, please try logging into the game. The error message should be resolved.
