XP death when enemy player makes 95% of dmg and mob last hit

Get fuken kiled by players and because mob does like 5% of total dmg but last hits i loose xp? what the ****** !

Players will usually do that, try to get you down very low an hope that you will be killed by NPC so that you lose exp.
Other players spend time in DF killing greys. Bad mentality.  Reminder to Self: Quality over Quantity, what is the Value here?
