Hello, after half year long rest I want to come back Uthgard but i've lost the exact email adress I've used to log.
It was a "random" 1234@protonmail. ch or . com , so after many month and new adresses it looks impossible for me to remember the good one, even after many many, many tries.

I've created a new account to try to get help IG but I found nothing.

Please can you tell me what to do ? Cause i don't use facebook/google/microsoft account, I only had my email, but I can give all evidences you want.
