System missing Method Exception

How can i link the screen with the problem i get please?

EDIT: could it be windows 7 the issue?
if some1 can help me out, thanks.

Id like to join this community but i dont get how to fix this :/

I'm getting this error: System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: '!!0[] System.Array.Empty()'



This error means you do not have the .NET Framework 4.6 installed, which is required to use the launcher. You can find it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48130
