Hi,
I tried to log in recently from a different home to my own, my e-mail required verification and because of error on my part I've been locked out for a time.
I since tried logging in with facebook hoping that I would be able to login given it is my name. The problem is I have a different e-mail for my facebook and a new master account has been created for that e-mail, verified by microsoft.

My original e-mail was a microsoft one and now the account chooser and microsoft login will only recognise the facebook e-mail when I want to login to my original Uthgard account.
I have since lost access to my e-mail address linked to my original Uthgard account.

Is there any way to recover my character from that master account? If the answer is no, could I please get confirmation from a GM that I will not be banned if I decide to play on the second account I've created?
Will be really gutted if I cannot continue to play on Uthgard because I can't access my e-mail address.

I'd like to make clear my intention was not to create two master accounts or flout the rules. I'm aware this is worthy of the ban stick but you'll see the other account has no character's created with no play time.

My character's name is Zorg Berg. Level 50 Mentalist.

Any help is appreciated.

Without access to your OpenID account we will not be able to determine account ownership.

I can lock your old account to prevent two active accounts on your end.
Therefore the new account is not in danger of being banned.

Please confirm.
