I am having trouble with my email address, after 18 years someone attempted to hack me and failed unfortunately my email provider stopped activity to my email address until the issue is addressed. Well I no longer have the same phone number from 8 years ago and cannot get the security code that is required and have to change my email address, because I cant provide the information needed to restore my account. Is there anyway to communicate with a GM to get my account transferred back to me with a different email address, or just stop using the automated system of logging in through my email provider.

i would appreciate any kind of response from a admin.

Did you already try to login to your master account on our website using your emailadress and password?
What does OpenID state when trying to log in?

It tells me that my email address is locked out. I cannot access my email address any longer, it was hacked and i dont have the infomation to restore it. So OpenID uses microsoft email login and prevents me from logging into my game account.

Any chance I can fix my original account? I have been here 8 years and I am really don't want to start over again. If nothing else can I provide the information needed to have my characters deleted to reuse the names please?

maybe you should know, that we all start at zero this year again here. there is no account older then 11 month now.

right, i made an account when the servers returned, but all my character names are taken and unattainable now
